The Disabled Surfers Association Mornington Peninsula has submitted an application for a Local Leader Grant to fund new 2-3 x 13ft surfboards for our events.

They have been short listed as a finalist in cycle one and need as many people to vote as possible so that they can win this grant.

Voting for cycle one opened Monday 9th July and closes at 5pm on Friday 20th July, 2012. Votes can only be placed at www.leaderlocalgrants.com.au

Voting is open to all those who register on the website, who are 18 or older and live in Victoria. Each person who registers will be allocated ten votes per grant cycle. So help out this great cause by signing up and voting! We encourage your friends, family and neighbours to vote too, so please spread the word!

If they win, they will receive the $1,000 Leader Local Grant which will allow them to purchase these new surfboards.
