Surfboards by Lib Tech

If you’ve done any snowboarding at all you would be familiar with Lib Technologies as a board manufacturer. Lib Tech has always had a strong point of difference from other brands with lots of hand painted graphics and alternative materials and most recently led the design trend towards rocker boards and magna-traction edges.

Now they have taken the technologies and materials used for building snowboards and channeled it into some amazing looking surfboards the likes of which no one has seen before. Trigger Bros are now stocking some boards from the range and it’s worth having a look at them in person.

Puddle Jumper

This board, features a concave bottom that transitions to vee in the tail. The wide outline makes for easy wave catching and down the line glide and stability. The concave bottom adds lift and increased rail curve, which allows radical top to bottom surfing. The straight rail line & vee in the tail keep the board moving forward and hold in during hard carving maneuvers.
